Another state in the rearview. I crossed into Indiana today. I am still riding hwy 50 in Indiana. I have been following a bike tour since getting on the 50 in Illinois. I haven't seen them, but have seen signs painted on the road for lunch and directions.
The flat roads of the last few days are gone. Today after 50 miles some big hills started. After about a 1 1/2 mile climb I got my first scenic overlook rest area for at least the last 1300 miles.
I stopped at Martin State Forest for the night. I had the whole campground to myself again.
